Entonces mandan a los cliente al área de costumer service a pagar si son cosas fuera del departamento. Y tuve q hacer una línea de 1hr por q avían clientes retornado productos. Y eso es un proceso más largo. Yo solo iba a pagar mis productos. No es justo que uno tenga q pagar por costumer services cuando tienen otros cajeros de otros departamentos que no están haciendo nada y para eso están ahí. Para trabajar. Creo que debería de aver una mejor organización en esta tienda. Costumer service es para personas q tienen problemas con sus productos o devolver productos. Es la primera tienda que visito y me mandan por servicio al cliente a pagar. O deberían tener un área de solo pagar y otra área de return.

She was so lovely and knowledgeable in helping me shop for a timepiece. I love my new watch and appreciate how friendly she was through the process. I can be indecisive but she was very patient and endearing and let me know all about their loyalty programs and the warranty that was available. Thanks so much!
