    I was not going to leave a review. I don’t like to mess with people‘s way of income that could be providing for a family, but this goes way beyond one negative person on the phone. This is the entire establishment from order to completion. I placed an order at 10:20 AM to be delivered on the same day. No, I did not pay the extra to have it under one hour, I figured if I placed it that early in the morning it would at least be delivered by 7 PM at night (since it says same day delivery). My mother-in-law has been stuck in Baton Rouge for weeks now taking care of her husband‘s grandmother who is 106 years old. She cannot leave the house and she could not come home for her birthday. The least I wanted was for her to feel a little special. After periodically checking on the tracking all day, finally, it was 6 PM and it still had not delivered. I figured it’s gotta be any time at this point so I called the store just to check on the order. I was super cordial and nice and just wanted to know if there was an ETA on the delivery. Clearly one of the women who works at the front is miserable because she took such offense that I wanted to just know when my Order would be delivered. She couldn’t tell me anything or reassure me. As soon as she hung up on me, five minutes later, the order shows that there was an attempted delivery and that they will be getting with the recipient to reschedule a drop off. This is impossible for a couple of reasons 1) my mother-in-law cannot leave the house with The person she’s taking care of. She was home the entire time. 2) I had put my father-in-law‘s phone number as the recipient number because he was with her, but he would be flying out the next morning and would not be able to be present for a reschedule. Of course, when I called the store again after seeing the email, they were closed. I called the next morning multiple times to try to get it solved and I was being sent to voicemail. Then a nice gentleman answered the phone and said he would do his best to figure out where it’s at and if he can get it to her today. I never heard back. She never got her delivery. And I have now been charged $80 for nothing. This is an actual joke.

    This place needs to be closed and NEVER reopen. I ordered an arrangement for my Aunt after she had surgery in April. I found out when I called her in May she never received anything. I called the location the guy looks up my order and sees that it was never made or delivered. How you gonna not make it and not deliver but keep my money. I would not have known anything if I wouldn't have called my Aunt. This place is trash. .

    I had a very disappointing experience with this Edible Arrangements location. I placed an order with a one-hour rush delivery and paid the additional fee to ensure it arrived on time. Not only was the order not delivered on time, but when I called the store, I was told they had no estimate on when it would be delivered. I spoke to two different people, and neither could provide any helpful information. To make matters worse, I was informed that to receive a refund, the store owner would need to approve it, but no clear timeline was given. This lack of professionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially considering I paid extra for expedited service. Edible arrangements does not have a direct customer service line so I had to call the corporate line in order to request a refund. I would not recommend this location if you’re relying on timely delivery or good customer service.

    Ordered several days in advance to have these delivered to my 89 year old mother. I live in a different state. My husband and I are both Registered Nurses and was scheduled to work Christmas weekend. We have caregivers in her home but we wouldn’t be with her at Christmas. Left instructions to allow enough time for someone to answer the door because she was elderly. When she did not get them at the expected delivery time I tried to call. Like most other people was treated very rudely and received no help. We have been having exceptionally hot weather. So when her arrangement of fruit finally was delivered it was just set outside the front door. Needless to say it was ruined. Wasn’t even wrapped well and flies had gotten into it. These people should be ashamed to treat anyone like this! Will never use them again. I guess it was “my” fault for not reading the reviews before ordering from them.
