    I was not going to leave a review. I don’t like to mess with people‘s way of income that could be providing for a family, but this goes way beyond one negative person on the phone. This is the entire establishment from order to completion. I placed an order at 10:20 AM to be delivered on the same day. No, I did not pay the extra to have it under one hour, I figured if I placed it that early in the morning it would at least be delivered by 7 PM at night (since it says same day delivery). My mother-in-law has been stuck in Baton Rouge for weeks now taking care of her husband‘s grandmother who is 106 years old. She cannot leave the house and she could not come home for her birthday. The least I wanted was for her to feel a little special. After periodically checking on the tracking all day, finally, it was 6 PM and it still had not delivered. I figured it’s gotta be any time at this point so I called the store just to check on the order. I was super cordial and nice and just wanted to know if there was an ETA on the delivery. Clearly one of the women who works at the front is miserable because she took such offense that I wanted to just know when my Order would be delivered. She couldn’t tell me anything or reassure me. As soon as she hung up on me, five minutes later, the order shows that there was an attempted delivery and that they will be getting with the recipient to reschedule a drop off. This is impossible for a couple of reasons 1) my mother-in-law cannot leave the house with The person she’s taking care of. She was home the entire time. 2) I had put my father-in-law‘s phone number as the recipient number because he was with her, but he would be flying out the next morning and would not be able to be present for a reschedule. Of course, when I called the store again after seeing the email, they were closed. I called the next morning multiple times to try to get it solved and I was being sent to voicemail. Then a nice gentleman answered the phone and said he would do his best to figure out where it’s at and if he can get it to her today. I never heard back. She never got her delivery. And I have now been charged $80 for nothing. This is an actual joke.

    If you're reading this consider yourself LUCKY! Don't even waste your time here. I won't bother explaining about wilted strawberries, or the platter was prepared 15 minutes after I arrived to pick it up. Or that it was ridiculously overpriced. Do yourself an easy favor and search "fruit arrangement" in BR - there are MANY alternatives. And please don't waste your time replying - management, you wasted enough of my time already.

    Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I walked in and asked the girl if they made something and she literally laughed in my face. She was rude, unprofessional, and the place was so dirty. I would honestly give this 0 stars if I could. You have one job, do better.
