This was a time-sensitive gift, and because it wasn’t delivered, it completely ruined the surprise and the occasion. When I contacted customer service, I was met with unhelpful responses and no real solution. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no effort to make it right beyond generic apologies. For a company that specializes in special occasions, reliability should be the bare minimum. I paid for a service that was not delivered, and the lack of professionalism and follow-through is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from Edible Arrangements again and would not recommend them based on this experience.

So I called the store MULTIPLE times until I got an answer. I asked the lady about my order and she said the driver attempted to deliver it but brought it back to the store. Mind you I have security cameras so no one came to my home. So she said she was sending someone else out. Get the order and there’s only ONE bundle of balloons and they are half way deflated. If I can give them 0 stars I would. Do not order from this location.

The leaves were brown the strawberries were bad & the chocolate was supposed to have red & green stripes around them but they didn’t have them! I’ve called several times & the sweet girl that answered the phone said she has sent the owner a couple of messages but no one has gotten back with me! I need a complete refund due to the embarrassment of this order! Such an embarrassment!

Despite the busy day, Mr. Ryant Piper ensured my edible arrangement was personally delivered to my boss on boss's day. He was very pleasant to speak with each time I inquired on the status of my order. Without a request, he even upgraded my order in the process due to the delay of the one (1) hour delivery and called my boss to coordinate the location and time under the circumstances. That's going the extra mile! Much appreciated, Piper Family.
