    When I say great customer service still exists....I mean it! Despite the busy day, Mr. Ryant Piper ensured my edible arrangement was personally delivered to my boss on boss's day. He was very pleasant to speak with each time I inquired on the status of my order. Without a request, he even upgraded my order in the process due to the delay of the one (1) hour delivery and called my boss to coordinate the location and time under the circumstances. That's going the extra mile! Much appreciated, Piper Family.

    My daughter didn’t receive her birthday gift. When I called the lady was nice and explained that they use a third part delivery service, and they didn’t know what happened. She explained that they would look into it and I should receive a refund within 5-7 days. I’m still waiting on my refund. I called the location back, again and spoke to someone else who seemed to know about this situation and assured me that my refund was on the way. I have never had this happen and I have ordered from different locations for years. Very disappointing.

    I am disappointed in the customer service demonstrated today. An edible arrangement was left at my door at 12:25pm with no knock or ring of the doorbell. Because of this behavior or lack thereof, I didn’t get the arrangement until after 3:30pm (more than three hours later) when my kid was getting off the bus, although I was in my home at the time of delivery! The arrangement did happen to be inside a sealed bag, but there was no ice to keep it cool in this 90+ degree weather. In the past there has been a knock, doorbell ring, or at least a phone call to ensure the gift is received. Please update employee procedures. Respectfully.

    ​Absolutely Unacceptable Service - Avoid This Location! ​I deeply regret not checking the reviews for this Edible Arrangements location in Baton Rouge before placing an order. As someone in the Atlanta area trying to send a gift to family in Baton Rouge, I am beyond disappointed with the customer service and complete lack of follow-through. ​I ordered an arrangement for a Friday delivery and specifically called the day before to request delivery no later than 12:00 p.m. due to the recipient's schedule. The person I spoke with assured me this would be "no problem." ​The next day, 12:00 p.m. came and went with no delivery. I contacted the store again, asking if we could schedule a delivery by a certain time in the evening or, at the very least, have the driver contact the recipient to coordinate. Again, I was told, "No problem, we will have the driver contact them." ​To my dismay, absolutely no calls were ever made to the recipient. To make matters worse, the arrangement was simply left outside on the front porch in 90+ degree heat. This shows a shocking disregard for both the product and the customer's request. ​It is baffling how two separate individuals at this store could fail to relay such simple, crucial messages. The first request for a specific delivery time was ignored, and the second promise to have the driver coordinate was also completely disregarded. ​I am extremely displeased with the customer service at this location and their utter inability to follow even the most basic requests. Given their current 2.4-star rating on Google, it's clear my experience is not an isolated incident. Save yourself the frustration and avoid ordering from here.
