  Upon arriving staff greeted me and shortly thereafter asked how I can be helped. Provided my name and order number and shortly thereafter my beautiful flowers were delivered for pick up. Very helpful and professional.

  Edit: The owner (I assume) called me and apologized for the situation. She refunded my full amount and still sent the $200 order for free and even upgraded it. She went above and beyond to make this right and I’m truly satisfied with the customer service. I’m leaving my initial problem up so others can be rest assured that if anything comes up, that I have faith they will do whatever it takes to make it right. Horrible experience. I tried to get flowers delivered and I put in my address and said it would be delivered that day and they charged me $25. After I paid I got a call saying that I need to pay more money to even qualify for me to have the delivery. And then was told there isn’t enough drivers for me. And then I was told the florist is closed. It was one thing after another. Excuses to not give me what I paid for. And when I asked to cancel I was told they couldn’t until a manager came in the next day and I wouldn’t receive a email or any kind of confirmation is was canceled. I’d have to just trust them. Horrible and i wouldn’t recommend this if your in need of flowers that day for a special occasion.

  I want to give a HUGE thank you to Billy Heroman’s Flowers & Gifts for making my anniversary special. I found out last minute that my wife was leaving work early, so I called in and spoke with a lady (I wish I remembered her name!) who was incredibly helpful. She reassured me that the flowers would arrive before my wife left for the day and she absolutely delivered on that promise. Not only did the arrangement arrive on time, but the flowers were next-level excellent. Stunning quality, beautifully put together, and my wife was extremely happy which made my whole day. Thank you, Billy Heroman’s, for your amazing customer service and unmatched craftsmanship. I’ll definitely be ordering from you again! 🌸💐
