  I am writing to formally report an unpleasant interaction I had with one of your employees while shopping in your store. While standing by a table waiting on my daughter, I was approached by a female employee who abruptly and rudely said, “Can you move?” I was not obstructing the aisle, nor was I in anyone’s way. There was ample space for customers and staff to move freely. The employee appeared to want access to a nearby table to fold clothes; however, her approach was unnecessarily disrespectful. I responded by stating that the proper and professional way to address a customer would be to say “excuse me,” which I did comply with despite the tone used. When I asked the employee for her name, she became noticeably snappy and displayed an aggravated, frustrated demeanor. She stated her name was Madeline, which I don't believe! Her energy and disposition were unwelcoming, unfriendly, and highly unprofessional. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. This interaction made me feel uncomfortable and was disappointing, especially in a customer-facing environment where professionalism should be standard. Clearly, she wasn't reared right nor trained properly to be so rude to someone who she NEVER greeted or EVER encountered in life. I hope and pray that MY children are NEVER this rude or disrespectful to someone's parent!

  Rude employee. Didn’t catch their name but the associate with the green hair had the craziest attitude. I pressed the button to request a fitting room and they acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to have to unlock the door. I said sorry and thank you and the only response I got was their RBF. Not one word. They were moping around the store, didn’t say a single thing the whole time. I’ve worked as a retail associate for years and their behavior was exactly what we’re trained NOT to do. I don’t even usually write reviews but this experience was so appalling to me. Super disappointing experience.

  Used to love the store. I still do but selections have gotten weird as they changed. The way styles are cut. You never know if you can get the same thing twice.
