    If I could give this place negative stars I would. I placed an order online at 3 for a pick up at 4:30. I get there at 4:25 and say I’m a few minutes early but I had a pick up and gave my name. The lady working the front counter looked in the cooler up front then walked to the back and looked and eventually came back to the front and asked if the order could be under another name. I told her no it would be under my name- I hear the lady in the back saying she doesn’t have a ticket for it and don’t have anything made then a few moments later I hear the lady say “ I didn’t see the ticket print I’ll make it now” the lady that was working the front counter comes back to the front and says “ she is still working on your order it will take a few more minutes” so I tell the lady “ excuse me but I heard what she said- she didn’t see the ticket and the order has not even been started yet. You just said the order is still being made but that isn’t true she hasn’t started it yet” I would have rather them be honest with me and tell me they didn't see the ticket print up and they are doing the order as fast as they can, but instead they lied as if I didn’t hear them speaking in the back. The young lady said it will be 30 mins so I asked if it can just be delivered to my home…. She says yes and the older lady comes from the back to switch from pick up to delivery and then tells me they don’t deliver to my address but it would take 15 minutes to fix the order- I say okay fine. I go sit in my car from 4:40 until 5:15 making sure to take longer than they said. The lady that was working the counter was now outside on her phone and I’m inside waiting 11 minutes for her to come inside and ask if I’ve been helped. I tell her no that I’ve been inside for 11 minutes and no one has came to help so she grabs the order out of the cooler and I tell her that I had flowers as well with my order so she goes to the back gets the lady The lady comes out and says can I help you? I say yes I had something else with my order. I had the flower bouquet with the vase for 15 dollars- she says okay no problem and goes grab a vase with ONE rose in it and three green stems which two is hanging and broken. At this point I’m so pissed I just grab it off the counter and leave….. I would have been fine if the employees would’ve just been honest and told me I apologize we missed the order we’re working on it now, but the fact that I heard them talking about it and then they come out and lie to me about it really irritated me then they give me a time I go wait longer than the time they gave me to have to come back inside and wait 11 minutes for somebody to even come in address me then the water still wasn’t complete then after it was completed, I paid $15 for one rose. That is completely unacceptable. I will never order from edible arrangements again absolutely terrible customer service terrible product. I completely wasted $75. Edit: just noticed they didn’t put the card with the message that i requested either

    I went in the store to place an Order. The customer service was awful and the fruit in the arrangements waiting for pickup did not look fresh. I walked out without placing an order and was disappointed as I was looking forward to getting this as a gift .

    Called ahead to make sure my order would be ready, but when I got there, it wasn’t even started. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, I had to call to the back for someone only to find that they hadn’t even started on it.

    If I could do 0 stars I would. Store hours online said they close at 7pm. So I had my pick up for 6:30pm because I had to travel. The store was closed at 6pm. Even though I had it scheduled for pick up at 6:30pm and I got there at 6:08pm. I called all day to both phone numbers listed and no one answered the phone because I had some questions about the order. Now I have to travel again to hopefully get there before the store is closed at whatever time the decide to leave. Ridiculous

    I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with this Edible Arrangements location because, while there were a few hiccups at first, the customer service truly stood out. I placed an online order for same-day delivery, which unfortunately didn’t arrive as scheduled. It was delivered the following morning instead. I explained that my mom wouldn’t be home until after 3:00, and I spoke with Brian(maybe Ryan? I was calling out of state and reception was not the best at times) , who was incredibly kind and reassuring. He told me that if the arrangement ended up being damaged from sitting out, he would personally remake it for her. Later that day, I called him back to give an update — and honestly, the fruit was still AMAZING. The white chocolate hadn’t even melted, and the packaging was very well done. However, the flowers and cheesecake that were part of the order were missing. Brian immediately refunded me for those items with no hassle at all. His intentional kindness, professionalism, and willingness to make things right made a stressful situation feel completely taken care of. He is a wonderful employee and went above and beyond to help. I’m honestly surprised this location has such a low rating, because if they have employees like Brian, they’re doing just fine in my book. Customer service like that makes all the difference.
