  This used to be one of my favorite stores, but unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. My sister and I visited to purchase dresses, and one item we considered was visibly dirty, so we were taking a moment to decide. During this time, the store manager was noticeably impatient and came across as rude and dismissive, repeatedly rushing us to make a decision. When I calmly asked why we were being rushed, she responded by refusing to assist us further and declined to complete our purchase. What made the situation even more concerning was that she told us to “go back where we came from” after hearing us speak Arabic. This was deeply offensive and unacceptable. Customer service, especially in a retail environment, should be respectful, patient, and professional. I hope management takes situations like this seriously and ensures that staff—especially those in leadership roles—are properly trained to treat all customers with dignity and respect.

  I had an absolutely frustrating experience at this store, and it was largely due to one particular employee. Her name was Rosy and she had curly hair. From the moment I approached them for help, they seemed completely uninterested and annoyed that I even asked a question. Their attitude was dismissive, and they barely made eye contact, as if helping customers was the last thing they wanted to do. When I tried to clarify something about a product, they gave vague, unhelpful answers and even sighed like I was wasting their time. It felt incredibly unprofessional and honestly uncomfortable. Customer service should at the very least involve basic courtesy, but that was clearly missing here. I left the store feeling irritated and undervalued as a customer. If this is the kind of service that’s tolerated, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

  HEAR👏ME👏OUT👏YALL!!! The customer service I received today was nothing under ABOVE AND BEYOND. I came in yesterday twice looking forward a dress I had found on the website but they didn’t have it. Checked out other locations today and ended back up at this one. Andrea(the manager) knew I had been looking for this certain dress and took my number down and called me later to tell me she had found the exact dress I wanted!! She had 2 sizes of the dress and a dressing room waiting forever me when I went back! She really made my day because I was on the verge of tears when I couldn’t find this dress. She deserves the world ! She’s absolutely amazing and I will be coming back to this location for all my dress/clothes needs. THANKS ANDREA!!❤️
