- AMAllyson MoultonDec 15, 20251.0My husband and I were at the Outlet to Christmas Shop and we're looking for shoes for him as he wanted to update his style. We realized we didn't see anything in wide, but wanted to ask the sales rep that was walking the floor(older lady with glasses) and she threw an attitude about me asking. When I repeated it back cause I hadn't first understood she had meant that the store did sell Wide styles just not in the store, she got really annoyed and very short, again throwing an attitude. I understand it's the holiday season, it's busy, but after we let that incident slide and was contemplating buying some gloves, she kept following me around glancing my way as if I was going to try something. We left without gloves and decided to look elsewhere for shoes and gifts. I won't ever return here, but Brooks Brothers around the corner is so sweet, highly suggest them!
