There weren't many people in the store and within the 10-15 minutes we were in the store I was asked if I needed help multiple times by the same employee/manager. So many it was suspicious as if I was trying to shoplift and there were rude undertones I dismissed the first two times. It was clear I was there to shop given the multiple bags of items I'd purchased that day. I politely declined help every time. The final time I had opened a pack of trunks to see how they felt (the one inch square is not enough to feel the product) and the employee, which I suspect was the manager, was incredibly rude and made a comment to not open the packaging as if I wasn't allowed to feel something I wanted to purchase. Although turnover is high in retail, I'll think twice about shopping at this Calvin Klein again.
