  When visiting this store there was an issue in the men’s bathroom where there was no toilet paper. When I notified an employee they announce where everyone in the store could hear that someone was stuck in the men’s bathroom with no toilet paper. When the paper was taken to the restroom the employees waited for the individual stuck to come out and then they made fun of him because he was a bigger guy and one employee even said, “good thing you took two rolls”. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! I have always been a loyal customer to this JCPenny’s location but after this incident, I will choose to drive to Ashland Kentucky to make my purchases from now on.

  I understand the store has been just reopened because of last year's flood. Anyhow, the displays in the store are excellent. Everything was so nice and organized and clean. I needed help finding something and an employee named Star went out of her way to help me out. She didn't just point me in the right direction, she took me there. She was very friendly and bubbly and made the whole experience that much better. I highly recommend this store and there is no doubt my mind that the manager's here have created a culture of providing excellent customer service. All the employees were nice, friendly and accommodating. Ok Google I
