  Very helpful staff! Short wait time! Very pleased with my service today and also my purchase of my new amethyst ring. Looking forward to getting all my jewelry back after it's been sized. A little nervous about them having to send my 18k gold channel set diamond ring out to be sized. But I'm trusting them with my precious jewelry!

  I have a turquoise set in silver ring and I have had it for many years. The bottom of the ring broke completely in two. I went to many jewelry stores and nobody would repair it partly because of the stone. I took it to michelson's and not only would they repair the silver part but, since I don't drive I paid them to mail it to my address. All up I thought the cost was very reasonable. I received it today and it is all back to where it was when I purchased it over 14 years ago. They did a fantastic job and I would recommend them very highly. Thank you to all of the staff you are legends.
