The store itself is disgusting — clothes all over the floor, dust on everything, and a smell that makes you want to hold your breath. Honestly feels like they’ve given up completely. I’ll shop literally anywhere else before I step foot in here again.

I asked for help and she acted like I was ruining her day just by existing. Rude, dismissive, and clearly more interested in barking at her employees than helping a paying customer. I've met friendlier DMV workers, and that's saying something. If eye-rolling were an Olympic sport, she'd take gold. I may be a grandma, but l'm not blind, deaf, or dumb - I know bad leadership when I see it. Do better, sweetie. And maybe crack a smile before your face freezes like that.

Also the Manager (it seemed) was being very aggressive and hostile with the younger employees, it was making me very uncomfortable. Overall terrible experience, would not recommend!
