  I just love this store!! The employees are so kind and helpful! I always enjoy the customer service. When I go in the help I receive is great!!! I like how they don't bombard me when I enter and when I ask for help they are ready to give me that great service!

  I’m giving one star because I have to in order to leave a review. This store in Owensboro Ky has the rudest staff I’ve ever came across in any retail establishment. They act like they don’t want you there while a group of them will stand around and chat it up with visiting friends. I don’t normally leave reviews but this has been several times we’ve been treated this way. at the Owensboro location. It’s like the Owensboro store is ran by a group of kids instead of adults. I shop American Eagle A LOT!! Mostly Murfreesboro and Nashville Tennessee stores and everyone there is always so sweet and helpful. Jacklyn hagerman was the girl that waited on us tonight, so very rude!

  Staff are very ride. When you walk in the store your not greeted nor asked if you need help. They just look at you. That is not good customer service at all seems like they need to be retrained.
