  I purchased a Vaporesso Eco Nano Pro from Vaporizing in Maysville, which came as a package including the device and pod. The pod was defective from the start, while the device worked fine. I reached out to the store multiple times to request a full refund or replacement, but they refused, offering only a 50% discount on a new pod or to return it to the manufacturer at my cost. The pod was part of the merchandise I bought, and as a retailer, they are responsible for dead-on-arrival products. Instead of resolving the issue, they repeatedly cited store policy, stated they are a “small business,” and refused a proper solution. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I am now filing a report with the Kentucky Consumer Protection Division. Be cautious if purchasing products from this store.

  Just stopped in was out on the road and needed somewhere with easy parking for a big truck. The staff was super friendly. very Helpful. Would absolutely recommend. I’m not local to that location. But if I’m in that area I wouldn’t choose anywhere else

  They have great people working there, very helpful for people new to vaping! Good selection of vape juice with brands like Juice Head, Cloud Nurdz, Fruit Monster, Custard Monster, Twist and a lot more! They also sell very good disposable vapes like Elf Bars, Hyde IQ's and Juice Head Bars. Another great thing is how many options for Delta 8 that they have! So many options my only problem is how much I spend bc they have so many great things to try! But they even help with the price by posting deals on their Facebook page!!!
