  Horrible customer service I stood there at the gun counter 28 mins. The employee in that AREA never greeted me or asked if I needed Greek Help. I simply walked out and went to another store and made my purchase there

  Wow... Went there for the first time today. It was not a fun experience. I encounter eight employees and not one good morning or hello was never greeted . I spent 25 minutes wandering around in a section trying to find what I was looking for. That was an employee a young man standing there and never asked if I needed help. I went there with the intentions to spend a bit of money. I ended up at the gun counter, I stood there 15 mins. No one came. He stood there looking at me. Do I simply walked out. Do they care about their customers, their daily sales, it their company. I received better service in a cemetery. 40 mins in a store with no interaction. The only life I seen there were two male employees standing in in front of the store talking and smoking. I'll pass on this place in the future

  horrible store, horrible customer service. I bought knee pads the nike one for my daughter and i went to return them and they said that they can not take them back not even for store credit and the assistant said to me this is not the first time you had try this do you know how embarrassing it is to be accused i said really i have bought 3 kaykayaks and a lot more but i will never buy anything eles from there. We're the manager falsely said someone stole something will first of all I don't do that i pay for everything I get i will never be back to that store I even said you don't do store credit for 21.00. So don't buy nothing from there because if you do and don't keep your receipt then you just out of luck and the manager comes outside hollering at me after I done left the store
