  Just picking up a friend today. Last time there, it was a nice place to walk around, shop, and waste a few hours.

  So ridiculous to start a curfew at 4PM only on certain days of the week, and be rude to anyone who walks in looking remotely young. Can’t imagine this is good for the business teenagers are going in for either. Excited to spend my money at Oxmore regardless of the curfew from this point on.

  The curfew on fridays and saturdays makes no sense being at 4. My friends and I were going to the food court at 4:18 and a security officer came up to us and asked us for ID. One of the people with us was 13, the other was 17, and i’m 18. She then told us to leave and followed us out of the mall. I understand a curfew, but for it to be so early and not closer towards close such as 6 would make more sense. We were doing no harm and all we wanted to do was shop and get food, but we could not because of this curfew.

  The security is rude and treated me and my minor sibling like a criminal despite us not breaking one policy. They broke their own policies and asked us to leave with our animals despite the rules of the mall allowing animals that are well behaved. I went to the restroom and they confronted/cornered my minor sister about the animals. When i came back out i said we will head to the security office but then we were followed and confronted. When i asked for a supervisor or a reason why they were asking us to leave i was told she would not get a supervisor and for us to leave or she was calling the cops deapite again no explanation answer or policy broken. We have been coming once a week/every other week with these animals so i dont understand why its an issue suddenly. The security has complimented and interacted with the animals before so again. Not sure whats wrong. I would not come here with any small children either as they gave my minor sibling a panic attack confronting her without a adult present

  This mall is huge with many interesting stores. It's very easy to get lost while trying to find your way out. So many hallways to choose from. It took me 20 minutes to find my way out. Lol. I enjoyed my visit there. My 1st time ever in the mall of Saint Matthews. I recommend going and exploring. You never know what you're gonna find.
