  Scott from Fireplace Distributors was at our house today to work on our fireplace. Scott was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He never got in a hurry and had our fireplace working better than ever. Highly recommend.

  Excellent service! Arrived on time and did a complete cleaning of my gas fireplace along with installing a fan and a remote. Easily found the reason the fireplace wasn’t working. Explained the issues and made sure we understood how to work the new items. Price was as quoted and fair. I would recommend them to my family & friends.

  Great experience all around. Our service tech, Scott, is awesome!! Good communication, friendly, and professional. He kept us informed of everything he was doing and cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished. Now we can enjoy our fireplace again. Love that they are a local family-owned business. Highly recommend!!
