I was initially disappointed that the sunglasses I wanted were out of stock, both in-store and online. However, the associate went the extra mile and allowed me to purchase the last available pair—the floor model. This level of commitment to finding a solution is truly great. Highly recommend this location for personalized attention, even when inventory is challenging!

The sales lady literally stood there and watched me the entire time I was in the store and never once said hi, offered help or anything. Very uncomfortable experience to be watched like a hawk the whole time but never asked if I needed help or spoken to. Actually saw a couple of shades I would’ve bought both pairs but after being treated like that decided against spending my hard earned money there. I won’t be back and do not recommend.
