Originally thought this was going to be just the first jewelry store out of a list to visit, but ended up being the only one we needed to walk into. From the moment we entered till we left we were welcomed with friendly service and well-informed consultants. David and Lexi quickly understood what we were looking for and offered beautiful options that met our expectations and were also affordable. Both my boyfriend and I were very pleased with the experience offered by Shane Co and would definitely recommend.

They couldn’t pull the ring up with my phone number so they asked for another it could be under. Even after explaining I’m ex-military and had too many to go through she maintained that she had to check it in, I assume that meant finding the purchase? I declined and appreciate them showing that they don’t value customers and that the 5k eternity band we were planning on spending is better spent elsewhere. I don’t understand when they have a potentially captive audience why they want to make it difficult to spend money.
