As soon as I walked through the door LP followed me around. I have never stolen anything in my life! I picked up three things, paid for them and left. I wanted to cry so bad. I wasn’t finished shopping so I went to Ross across the street and the same BLACK MALE LP FOLLOWED ME THERE. He was on my tail in Ross as well so I ended my shopping time, went to the cash register and I heard the cashier say “in her ear piece” to stand down she paid for everything. Maybe I didn’t look like I could afford to shop. I was fresh off from work. I do physical work inside a warehouse so yes I’m sure I looked crazy. I was 95 degrees outside that. LP PLEASE DO BETTER. I’m almost ashamed to be black. I’m almost ashamed to black. No one else was followed in store. Google kids clothes near me and this store popped up. They had a sale going on too. I ended up shopping in the south side of Louisville and had a way better experience.

- HHHope HavenerJul 25, 20252.0I really enjoy shopping at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. I tend to go to the Louisville Nordstrom Rack to make online returns and always find great buys to bring home. I'm leaving a review today because of the terrible condition the bathroom was in. It was filthy. Floors dirty and covered with trash, lavatories unflushed, no paper towels to dry your hands. Definitely not up to Nordstrom standards. No one at the front customer service desk seemed to care. One lady said "I'm not cleaning it". I've been a Nordstrom customer for over 35 years and the customer service is definitely not what it used to be. The quality of Nordstrom goods is excellent though and that will keep me coming back.
