- JWJess WadeJan 28, 20241.0Don't waste your money! I bought a pair of women's house slippers here a week before Christmas 2023. Now, the stitching is coming out (they're moccasin-style), and I literally just wear them around the house/to lounge in. I called the store and asked if I could return them and the sales associate said anything that has been worn, they can't do anything about... I've barely had these slippers for a month! Terrible customer service in this regard. Do better, J. Crew.

The employees were helpful and welcoming as well. I'm a big fan of J.Crew's simple and classy look, and I'm sure I'll be making a handful of visits this year!
