This last visit, though, we ended up leaving before we were really finished looking at the areas we wanted to. The store wasn't super busy with customers, but you could tell there was an urgency with the employees to move product. One employee was rushing back and forth, from the buying counter to placing a stack of books on the clearance shelves. Myself, my daughter and a couple gentlemen were looking at that section. The employee was rushing in front of us sometimes, behind or around us other times. It was chaotic enough that I didn't feel very comfortable or welcomed. It actually felt like WE were in his way. This made it too hard to leisurely browse,as you never knew where he was going to go. I understand urgency when (re)stocking products at a retail level. My personal experience of getting product onto the shelves in retail businesses was ALWAYS to not be in the customer's way. Whatever you were doing, you got out of the customer's way so that they could shop. We still purchased a bunch of books, but would have definitely bought more if I hadn't felt rushed or like a bother.
