But my spirits were immediately lifted when I walked through the door and was greeted by Lauren! Lauren asked what brought me in that day and was just as excited as I was when I mentioned I needed clothes for an upcoming cruise vacation. From there she had me use the imaging system to determined the perfect sizes for me. As we talked more and she learned my style, Lauren already had some options in mind and brought me everything I needed. She helped me decide on many finishing touches. What I thought would take hours and potentially upset me more turned into the highlight of my very busy day! Lauren is absolutely fantastic, very personable, professional, and a joy to encounter. Other retailers could take some notes from DXL!
