Not only did Jeremy find the brontosaurus pool toy I was calling for, he went to shelf and made sure the item was in stock and even brought it to customer service so I could pick it up the next day. Thank you bass pro and Jeremy for making my son's birthday pool party brontosaurus dreams come true!!

The next day I got an email that one item was not included. Then the other arrived at the store. I was out of town when it was supposed to be picked up so called and explained my situation. They told me they would hold my item until I got back but several days before the day I was to pick it up I got notice they were refunding my money. I messaged customer service and was told sorry, nothing they can do about it. Not a good way to keep repeat customers. There is no customer service anymore.
