Walked in on a Sunday afternoon to purchase a quarter zip set that I found online, probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Upon entry there was no greet or hospitality, while I was searching for the item that was clearly in stock online, I was unable to locate it and despite appearing very lost and confused I was not offered assistance at all. After about ten minutes passing by of me walking aimlessly, I took the initiative to ask an employee and she directed me to a unisex one that was nowhere near what I even was looking for. All the employees just congregated amongst themselves and it truly was a terrible customer service experience.

Stay away from alo!!! Their apparel is poorly made. The logo came off on my sweatshirt. Customer service won’t help replace/repair. Too expensive to not hold up. So many better options from other retailers at same or better price point.
