Last month, my mom visited me, and her own sunglasses had broken. I thought it would be meaningful to have the Prada pair adjusted as a gift for her. We went to the Sunglass Hut in Fayette Mall to seek professional help, and Colin was absolutely wonderful—friendly, patient, and highly professional. He took his time, carefully trying different adjustments to ensure the sunglasses fit my mom perfectly. I can’t express enough how helpful and patient he was throughout the process. My mom is very happy with the fit, and my Prada sunglasses have finally come out of the drawer to be put to good use! I know some people have commented on the prices of sunglasses at Sunglass Hut, and I agree they can be expensive. But considering the lifetime adjustments with the purchase, I truly feel it’s worth the investment. Thank you, Colin, for making today a great day for me, my mother, and the Prada sunglasses!
