  I’d like to give this place -5 stars don’t take my word for it go in and find out for yourself. The staff is absolutely rude and I’ve never ever had this typed of experience to get a frame I tried this place cause it’s close to home. BUYER BEWARE I’ve seen mostly good reviews but those were years ago so I don’t know what’s going on over there I can’t tell you about the quality of the work but if it’s anything like the quality of their employees or if it’s the owner they need to rethink customer service. Like I said go in and find out for yourself. They may do great work and if you can get buy just how aloof and how unhelpful they are it than give it a shot. Trust me though I’m saving you a trip

  This place is terrible, DO NOT EVEN BOTHER GOING ITS A WASTE OF TIME! I’ve seen a lot of decent reviews which puzzles me. I can’t possibly imagine anyone who goes here has a pleasant experience. Maybe they changed owners because the reviews do not represent the buisness. I wanted to get something framed and was literally rushed out the door would not show me anything of what they can do as far as a custom frame for an art piece. Didn’t argue about whatever the cost or wait just wanted to see what kind of look it would have what color or art they use when doing a custom piece. Do not go here I don’t post reviews ever unless something is exceptional or awful and this was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a buisness such as this. Go and find out for yourself though, guarantee it’s just about the same experience as I had.

  If I could give this place negative-1 stars I would give it. I came in with an art piece and they pretty much shewed me away. lol. I showed the guy the piece he said you’re looking at easy $100 dollars I said fine no problem then I asked if I can see what it would look like he responded you’re looking at 3 to 4 weeks I responded that’s fine as well can I see what kind of frames you make I responded he said come back ( mind you there were 2 employees and one gentleman being helped) I just wanted to a frame for the piece is what I said he responded as he practically shoved me out the door GO TO MICHAELS I responded but I want a custom frame he said Michaels does custom frames. 😂 point of the story is this place is a literal joke and I never give reviews way to go custom frames would of paid $500 guess I got to go to Michaels. I have zero clue how this place has 5 stars either friends or relatives or I just got a really really really bad employee

  Picture Perfect in Lexington truly lives up to its name! From start to finish they take the time to listen and make sure customers are happy with every detail. They don’t rush the process, and that extra care shows in the quality of their consistently top-notch work. I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else to frame my skeleton crew! If you’re looking for great service, beautiful results, and people who genuinely care about their customers, Picture Perfect is the place to go!

  There simply is no better frame shop than Picture Perfect. Full stop. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The selection is extensive. The ability to take a customer’s vision and turn it into a reality is unmatched. They do museum quality work at reasonable prices and within a reasonable amount of time. Plus, it feels good to support a local business. For my many projects, Picture Perfect has always lived up to its name. 🏆🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🥇
