Since they didn't have my size in store for the style I wanted, she suggested I try on one in a different color in a size I sometimes fit into to see if I like the fit/feel/look. It ended up being too big, so she looked them up and told me that they were available online in the correct size. I wasn't sure about ordering them there on the spot, so she then wrote down the style number and make of the shoe for me to look up at my leisure. It doesn't sound like a lot, but she suggested all of these things without me asking for a lot and she made sure that she did what she could. TLDR: thoughtful customer service & cute quality clothes
