  Love Herzog, exceptional service and quality. If you're looking for well established and trustworthy jeweler, look no further. I had a loose stone repaired and new rhodium plating. Seth made my transaction seemless and enjoyable.

  Ted and his team truly turned my dreams into reality! My husband and I purchased a 4.2-carat solitaire and had a custom- 18-karat gold European shank setting created. Ted listened attentively to my ideas, offered thoughtful suggestions, and ultimately crafted the ring of my dreams. Although I live in St. Louis, where there are many excellent jewelry stores, once I saw Ted’s work and spoke with him, I knew I couldn't go anywhere else. they come highly suggested for good reason they are the best! I’ll never go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. I’m so grateful to have worked with Herzogs.

  Very quick and friendly. Checked my wedding ring prongs because I noticed one was catching/snagging on things. She found there were actually 3 that needed attention.

  This is from my dad using Herzog to replace the diamond for my mom's engagement ring: "The people at Herzog were wonderful to work with. Seth went above and beyond by finding and providing a similar damaged ring (missing diamond) for me to use as a substitute so my wife would hopefully not notice while her ring was being fixed.
