  Staff is good. Product is good. The experience itself is tough. They almost charged me over $800 than the product cost if I didnt catch their oversight. It was resolved once I pointed it out, but I recommend double-checking your final total before paying.

  The jewler reset and resized a pearl ring for me they gave me options of how to make the ring perfect or do a minimal repair due to the initial cost of the ring I chose a minimal repair and am so happy with the outcome. I will be taking all repairs to Herzog

  An exceptional experience from start to finish. I initially considered shopping online, but I am so glad we chose Herzog—the service, pricing, and peace of mind that comes with expert servicing truly set them apart. I was very nervous going into the engagement ring process, but Shelby and Ted immediately made us feel comfortable and confident. Their guidance was thoughtful, refined, and never rushed, and their follow-up care has been just as impressive. We couldn’t be happier and are already looking forward to returning for wedding band shopping. Highly recommend for a truly luxury experience.
