The manager should be ashamed and embarrassed. There was trash and empty hangers everywhere. This is not a good look for JC Penny. The restroom didn’t have paper towels 20 minutes after opening. The conditions of this store is unacceptable. Looks like a trashy flea market. I was there at opening 11:00.
