  I had to return some things and forgot my card. I always order online due to the store NEVER having our sizes in stock. Anyway, the cashier was Very rude and had no clue whay she was doing. Instead of looking up my account to put back on the card. She told me I had to take merchandise credit. Now, I have done this before and the gentleman put it back on my card. When I questioned it she got sassy and rude. I will not shop at American Eagle ever again!

  Yall need to get rid of ole girl in the front . Don’t know what caused her to have such a bad day and take it out on the shoppers but anyway . Me and my friend go to get a fitting room we each put a light on unaware she was coming so a complete misunderstanding. On initial address her response was “yeah let’s not putting 2 lights on won’t make me come any quicker…” when we were getting separate changing rooms I explained that I wasn’t aware she was coming as I put it on and we were getting two separate rooms.

  Went into the store to purchase boxers for my son, walked up to the counter to check out and was told I entered from the wrong side. Since there was no line I hadn’t noticed. The employee was rude and I then got berated by a woman that walked up behind me who felt that she was entitled to go before me. I won’t be going back.
