- ABAllena BrandJul 5, 20251.0HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I walked in the store and no one greeted me or even acknowledged that I was there. I had been in the store for about 10 minutes looking. It was then when I sat down in the fitting room area one of the ladies asked if I needed a fitting room. Uhmmm Hello, how are you? Would have been a great way to greet a customer. After leaving the fitting room, no one asked if everything fitted, if I needed to be sized or anything. However, her and the 3 younger ladies continues to talk about Wendy’s and getting biggie bags for lunch and it would be cheaper if someone went and picked lunch up instead of door dashing. I walked out the door and they still didn’t say anything. I called in the store and asked for customer service and all she did was said “ohhh I’m sorry.” 🙄🙄NOPE I won’t return to this store again

All were friendly and two went out of their way to help my sister get a swimsuit that fit and made her feel good. They stayed past closing time, did not hurry her at all, measured her since she had recently lost 70 lbs. and didn't know proper size, brought options to the dressing room, and were generally awesome and encouraging! Great customer service. Disappointed that they didn't wear name tags and I forgot to ask their names. They certainly deserve special recognition. Kudos!
