  I came in looking for an infinity necklace and a ladies watch. Met the nicest young lady at the jewelry counter. Liza Froedge. Liza was personable and willing to take time to answer my questions. Thank you Liza.

  One of the few places in Bowling Green to buy good work, dress clothes. Prices are getting out of hand though...like most other things. Thank God for coupons.

  I was kind of disappointed here, I came in for simple khakis, dockers, whatever you call them, I found some in big and tall but I was not big or tall enough for the sizes 44+, I found dress pants, jeans, sweatpants. Literally ever sort of pants but the ones I was looking for, I asked for help, an associate said: "I can help you buy them online, if you didn't see them we don't have them" maybe they do not have them, I feel I overlooked them, asked for help and got nothing. Customer Service is a dying art. Or this plays doesn't sell khakis.

  I love the brands and sales in JC Penney. There is a good variety of women's clothing. I will be back!

  This location has, in my opinion, sub-par employees. I have yet to find an employee that will go above and beyond for a customer. Considering the "higher than they should be" prices, you'd think they could invest in better air conditioning. I'm NOT anti-JCPenney! Only this location ...
