  I was kind of disappointed here, I came in for simple khakis, dockers, whatever you call them, I found some in big and tall but I was not big or tall enough for the sizes 44+, I found dress pants, jeans, sweatpants. Literally ever sort of pants but the ones I was looking for, I asked for help, an associate said: "I can help you buy them online, if you didn't see them we don't have them" maybe they do not have them, I feel I overlooked them, asked for help and got nothing. Customer Service is a dying art. Or this plays doesn't sell khakis.

  I love the brands and sales in JC Penney. There is a good variety of women's clothing. I will be back!

  This location has, in my opinion, sub-par employees. I have yet to find an employee that will go above and beyond for a customer. Considering the "higher than they should be" prices, you'd think they could invest in better air conditioning. I'm NOT anti-JCPenney! Only this location ...

  Was in there about a week ago just looking at different jeans I was gonna buy. I was gonna get a size 46x32 pair of jeans that caught my eye considering I weigh 292lbs and one of the ladies at the front made a comment saying “you sure you want these? These might not fit your style” and she started laughing at me like she was crazy after I walked outta the store, won’t be coming here for a while until they personally apologize to me, whoever that young lady was that pulled off that stunt, I hope she gets fired so I can come back and actually shop for a pair of jeans I really need. Poor excuse for their pettiness.

  Leaving a review of the beauty department. Shopped on Black Friday and all of the staff was friendly and nice, Laura helped me find some pretty eyeshadow and some moisturizer. The store was clean and it was easy to find the items you needed, I will definitely be back for shopping in the future
