  Employees were really pushy and annoying about their rewards program, would not listen when I said I wasn’t interested, and were utterly unhelpful when I asked for a recommendation on ammo. I’ll go elsewhere.

  Do not go here for anything firearms related. Total apathy, no interest in sharing info and completely disconnected from actual knowledge. I’ve been 4-5 times in the last few weeks and each time it’s obvious they would rather be gathered around chatting about non sense than actually working, even seem annoyed when you ask to see something. There is an older fella with a black beard that is great and another guy Dillon that is also great. If I could guarantee getting them I would go back but just go to Sherwood’s.

  Terrible experience shopping at Cabela’s online. They advised next day delivery for an item we purchased if we were willing to pay extra for shipping. It took several days for Cabela’s to even create the shipping label, and it’s been over a week and the package is still states away. Each day the tracking says it will be delivered that afternoon, but it never is. It’s been one week since we payed extra for our “next day delivery” order (from the Atlanta area), and our package is currently in Indianapolis. We called Cabela’s to start the refund process and were told whenever it’s delivered, WE are expected to take it back to FedEx and then it’ll be an additional 5-7 days to receive a refund. In summation, Cabela’s advertised a next day delivery option that they couldn’t come close to honoring and then expect the customer to do the work for them if they want a very delayed refund. Terrible experience from beginning to end. They offered a $20 Cabela’s coupon as an apology, but we will not be shopping there again. Stick with Academy Sports if you want to feel like a valued customer!
