I did not have the Cabela's card with me, but had the receipts for both items, which I informed the attendant. She entered my data into their system, and asked me for the card. I reminded her that I did not have the card with me, but did have the receipt. She went on to enter my data in to their system for the second item, and asked me for the card. I again, reminded her that I did not have the card with me, but did have the receipt. She attempted a 3rd time to enter the data, and asked me to swipe my card. In a normal speaking voice, I asked her "haven't we already gone through this twice?" She became flustered and walked away asking another worker to take over. He (I think his name was Nathaniel) immediately began to insist that I was raising my voice to her, which I was not. I did not argue the point with him, as I just wanted to finish the transaction, and leave. I'm posting this review so Cabela's would better train their staff in how to handle a return, and also customer service.
