I will say there were more fitting rooms and more staff available than seems to be true at JCP, and the women's plus department is much larger, offering significantly more options than JCP. Was very happy to see many cotton/linen/natural fiber options and many dresses/skirts have pockets. Pricing is on par with JCP with tag prices hugely marked up and then rotating "sales" to make prices back down to the $30-60 range for the average garment. Fitting rooms have poor lighting.
