  I went to Windsor to return a pair of shoes and the whole situation was honestly annoying. The employee tried to say they were worn, which makes no sense. They just had a little lint on the bottom from people trying them on in the store. There were no scuffs, no stains, and all the stickers on the bottom were still there and untouched. I ended up calling customer service because it felt unfair, and they agreed with me and approved the return. They told me to go back in, but when I did, the same employee did the return and then told me she “wouldn’t do this again” like she was doing me a favor. It was just rude and unnecessary. I shouldn’t have had to argue or call customer service over something like that. Definitely not a good experience.

  Beautiful dresses and a great selection on clearance too. Too small of a shop though for the amount of people who go in there. All the young ladies were squished together waiting for the dressing rooms.
