  You can still find few quality items but their some of clothing quality is like shopping at Walmart years ago.

  Great friendly sales help. Able to head me in the right direction to find what I needed. Great prices on the items I was looking for! I'm short and they had pants and Capricorn the right length!

  I visited this JC Penney in Towne East Mall last Saturday. Found a couple cute sweaters. As I was checking out I remembered an ancient gift card for JC Penney that had been riding around in my wallet for years. I pulled it out to try to use it. Gracie, who was checking me out, let me know it was deactivated which wasn't at all surprising to me. But she went on to say that she could check the balance and give me a new one. I was so impressed. The whole thing took at least 10 minutes but she did not act perturbed or mad or anything. She kept going even when I told her that she didn't need to follow through. She worked some magic that's for sure! She is a jewel and I appreciated her so much. I did the store survey and was going to mention her name but didn't catch on where to put that in before it was too late. Once again, her name is Gracie. Thank you!
