- CPChris Pate2 days ago5.0Went and saw Wicked for Good with my wife and two girls today. The movie was Spectacular. I loved the entire thing. The Theater even had Actors there to have your picture taken with Glenda or Alphaba. I hope I spelled her name ok? Or both together I suppose. Prices were entirely to high for snacks and soda. On my 2nd run for treats I got 3 dip-n-dots---$23.00 roughly $7.50 per container. I was just shocked. First round was $77.00 4 sodas, 3 small & 1 large. 1 Large Popcorn, Cotton Candy, 2 Dip-n-Dots, Skittles. I did go get a FREE refill of Popcorn on my 2nd trip. But all in all it was a great day with the family.

The candy area is amazing, and the peanut butter fudge is insanely good. Their clothing selection is huge, but the most impressive part is the massive selection of guns—they truly have something for everyone. I always look forward to coming here. 10/10 recommend!

My son started wrestling and we needed to purchase some head gear and shoes. The guy that helped us find the headgear even showed us how to put it on and adjust it to size. He was great with my son. The girl in shoes was by herself during a very busy time and she was rocking it! We have to drive over and hour to get to Sheels but this trip was especially worth it!!

I recently bought an AR-15 and have been popping into the store a lot lately to get parts and attachments I need here and there, as I live right around the corner off Webb Road. The main reason I’m even taking the time to type out this review is because every time I go in, it feels like I get followed by the security staff. I understand they are just doing their jobs and Towne East has kind of turned into a high crime area, but it makes me enjoy my experience less. I have never once not paid for something at the store, and each time I go in, I spend a good chunk of money. I like to just take my time and browse on my own maybe that raises red flags? I don’t know, otherwise fantastic store.
- LSLonnie SmithOct 26, 20251.0I and my many friends in the hunting world will never step foot in this so-called professional business again after what happened t on a rifle purchase. I had told the help staff that I wanted to purchase an ar-10 .308 with a 20" barrel and put a scope on it and to make sure to look inside the box and be sure that's exactly what is in it. While they were mounting the scope i got a bad call telling me my mother was being taken to the hospital and that i needed to hurry and get back so i quickly paid for the rifle and left with it. After getting back home which is 50 miles away from the store i discovered the rifle had a 16" barrel not a 20". I called the store and they said they would exchange it for the 20" model and told me that they would make up for my travel and wasted 4 hours on this purchase. When i got there all they thought that would be good was to offer a 25 dollar gift certificate which hardly even covered my gas let alone all the wasted time. I told them to refund my money immediately cause this is no way to take care of customers and this is certainly not the only store to buy from and i shall never return to such a non-caring store again and neither will all my friends who i told about this cause this is certainly not the first time this has happened. Dear Owner: After reading your reply to my post i can only tell you that you guys had 2 opportunities to make this right and nobody was interested in talking much about this situation! As i told them at the time when i walk out this door i will never return and unfortunately for you i'm not a liar so there's no trying to fix this now, it should have been done while i was there for the 2nd wasted trip time!!! and yes i purchased elsewhere like i said you're not the only store in town so if i were you i would teach higher standards to my staff to take care of these situations because all you guys had to do was go just a little bit better than the slap i got in my face!!!! It would take something extrordinary on your part to get me and my friends back into your store. Enough said....
