  Not a fan of the clothing. Its way over priced and there is no incentive to keep coming back. The clothing is very stiff. They also dont last that long. The store is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly. Fabletics is 1000% better and way more incentives when your a member.

  First and last time I will order online with Lululemon. Horrible customer service. I called to check on a package because the narvar they use to track packages listed a different address and customer service agent immediately said, “Why are you calling?” When I responded I was checking on a package.

  My boyfriend went in to buy me leggings for Christmas and he was followed throughout the store after telling the staff he didn’t need help. He said one girl would not leave his side. He even got his wallet out and showed the person that he has money and is going to pay. She went ahead and followed him all the way up to the check out lane. Other Caucasian men and women did not have this problem. All I have to say is I will not be going back here and if I do it will to be to confront that worker. As a white women who is in a biracial relationship this is just sad.

  I’m disappointed that while shopping at the Wichita Store, I was told I wasn’t able to use the bathroom. I shop often at Lulu and was baffled at the lack of customer service when it came to using the bathroom. Thank goodness Potty barn is kind and allowed us to use their bathroom.
