Second assistant helped but so many other customers were looking for help in nearby departments that she has to keep going to help others too! Why are there so many employees up at the front desk & check out area & none in the store helping customers? Did buy 2 pair winter boots at very good price. Bought shooting targets, a camera bird feeder & men's clothing too. Nice variety of products.

Spent $73 on Monday was able to return it for $50 on Friday. Thanks Bass Pro shop. And just to be clear, I was only trying to exchange larger sizes for smaller sizes of the exact same items.

However, I understand the workers need to ask about credit cards but walking in and immediately being asked to sign up leaves a bad taste in my mouth, then during check out you are also asked again. This is a corporate issue and not the direct workers! The workers there are lovely
