  Made an order, paid for it Easy day. Only problem was I didn’t receive the order until 2 days later, and The flowers were half dead. Got a refund so thats good. I would not recommend doing business 0/10

  BUYER BEWARE: Made a small order in the morning and paid for same day delivery. I now have to wait for the delivery the next day, not only that when I tried to confirm if they were delivering still same day they refused to pick up the phone. I even had to call corporate and they still refused to pick up the phone for corporate. I am ACTIVE DUTY Military! and I just wanted to show appreciation for my family as I never get to see them. JUST GOES TO SHOW HOW EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS FEELS ABOUT OUR ARMED FORCES! DISGRACEFUL!

  Received about Edible Arrangement today. However the sticker closing the fruit was opened. The flower leaked water inside the bag it arrived in. Called the store and spoke with a associate and they were not helpful with my concerns. Highly disappointed in their response due to the handling of food. Very suspicious and unable to trust that it's safe to be consumed, due to being opened. Not sure it wasn't tampered with.

  I come here every year for their chocolate strawberry’s . The edible arrangements are pretty good and everyone knows those are usually expensive wherever you go so whatever. My problem is when I decided to spend an additional $90 for a flower bouquet. The initial thought I had was that the flowers would be comparable to the quality of the arrangements but I was wrong. When I arrived to grab my items the flowers were given to me uncut- with thorns and length all untouched. The vase was not what was shown and the flowers themselves were mostly welted or about to be. None of this would have been a problem if I spent like $20 bucks at Dillions because then it would have been expected but paying $90 extra for a couple of half dead roses with loose pedals is crazy. Because the flowers were wrapped I unfortunately didn’t realize the issues until I got home. Just want to warn those about to spend too much money when they can find better bouquets and flowers at Dillions on a good day. If you wanted to spend a lot of money for nice flowers just go to tillies, they make bouquets specified for you with better prices.
