  This store may be a little smaller than other Bass Pro Shops but it still has quite a selection of camping, hunting, and fishing apparel. The staff have always been helpful and courteous.

  I went to Cabelas / Bass pro shop To shop for morrel shoes. The sales rep Terry was the best ! Very good at his job and made sure the shoe fit correctly and that I bought what I wanted. Terry was great! Recommend bas pro shop employees love there jobs and always very helpful.

  Austen performed above and beyond helping me. Going out of his way to help and answer any questions for not only me but all customers. I was so impressed with Austen's professionalism and bright attitude I could not see myself not communicating this to Bass Pro. Austen is an incredible representation of the mission vision and values of this company and I will definitely keep showing repeated business as a result. Thank you Austen!

  Holster selection for revolvers is non-existent and forget about finding leather holsters and unique 38/ 357 ammo. Really sad to see how far they've fallen. Employees are great though

  Hi. I was in The store Saturday and the entire time my husband and I were followed. Not just a person or two, more like 6. I carried two boxes of shoes and you would have thought I shoved them In my pants the way they followed. Believe me I worked retail for 12 years, I know how this works. The only time we followed hard was because the person had stolen something, like actually stuck something in a purse or pants or whatever. I work as a teacher and my husband is a store manager. How awful they made us feel and I could hear them talking and laughing about going to have to run after us said (The short man who’s losing hair and a big belly) to a customer. This wasn’t a small incident this was strictly profiling because I am Hispanic and we weren’t doing a dang thing. We were trying to enjoy our Anniversary and instead of a nice stroll around the store they made me feel like trash. Even a child walked by and asked mom what’s going on? A minute later the child walked by me and starred at me, Even the customers were looking at us because of your associates. I was ready to drop my shoes and tell my husband to put the crap back, but just to show your not so friendly associates that we are not criminals we bought the stuff. We will NEVER go in that store ever again! I will make sure to tell family and friends to shop elsewhere so this doesn’t happen to them! RIDICULOUS!!! Please watch the video if you have it!!!
