  I went in for watch link removal, it took no longer than 5 minutes. She was very kind and helpful and was able to offer advice. I highly recommend coming here for any link removals.

  Dishonesty! Fix my broken chain but steal and cut off some of my gold. My chain was shorter than it was!! I was so careless not measuring my chain before I handed to them like I usually do thinking I trust these people just to fix the clip. So becareful if you dropping off your items for repair. With the price of gold going up, just imagine if they take a little bit off each customer they repaired!
