Not the cheapest (thus price made it a 4 vs a 5) but they focus on those unique and special items you might spend a little more on. I was in search for the popular Jellycat plush items for a teen girl before a gift giving holiday and was fortunate to find some. Also stumbled onto some other unique items for a 9 year old boy. The staff were very friendly and helpful giving suggestions without pressure. This place is on my list now when I'm stuck finding something for that hard to buy for kid.
