  The cashiers here are super rude and lazy. I wanted to return an online order, I was within the return window and she said she couldn’t do it and gave me customer service's number to call, even tho there were no other people waiting to check out and she could’ve easily made the call for me, which after having to ask her, she finally did call and I was able to get a refund within two minutes whereas it would’ve taken me forever to get ahold of customer service. Hire people that actually want to do what you are paying them for (helping customers).

  Unprofessional and Accusatory Manager at Oak Park Mall Windsor On my daughter’s birthday, December 28, 2025, we went to the Windsor store in Oak Park Mall, Overland Park, KS, to return an unworn dress she bought online for a February 2026 event. The store manager, Christy (who initially refused to give her name and said “Manager” was her first name), immediately accused my daughter of wearing the dress and removing the tag. When my daughter explained that the cashier had checked the dress and the tag was intact, Christy claimed Windsor tags differently, implied my daughter had retagged it incorrectly, and even sniffed the dress without explaining why. Her condescending and hostile tone drew attention from other customers and made my daughter feel humiliated. Christy eventually accepted the return “this one time,” framing it as a personal favor. She also refused to provide corporate contact information and walked away while I attempted to document it. My husband, a retired police captain, noted that he has never treated anyone he arrested with such suspicion or disrespect. Friends have shared similar experiences with this manager. Because of this experience, our family will no longer shop at Windsor or order online. Other customers should be aware of the unprofessional behavior at this location.   Don’t take a dress back without a tag, they won’t take it back, even if you have the receipt. My bad, on the clearly stated policy. Learn from my mistake! lol.

  Came in when was suppose to be open @11am stood waiting 20mins and two gals showed up and went in lock doors again. Never said anything to all customers that were standing waiting. Some gals there are rude with a mad face. Like shopping here but sadly the gals that work here are NOT friendly or make you feel welcome in the store!! Very disappointed.

  Seriously love this store and their clothes but- Giving it two stars because I had a dress on hold and when I came back to buy it the lady behind the desk was sitting on her phone. So I said “hi I have a dress on hold” and she looked up from her phone and gave me a dirty look as if I interrupted her phone time and said “I’m not on the clock”. Ok I’ve been working in retail for a few months now and I know that if my boss ever caught me saying that to a customer, I would have to say goodbye to my job immediately. Very rude and very unprofessional!! Also the put back rack by the dressing rooms was completely full. I couldn’t even put my no’s away on the rack because it was so full. There was also little to no one in the store at the time.
