  Unprofessional and Accusatory Manager at Oak Park Mall Windsor On my daughter’s birthday, December 28, 2025, we went to the Windsor store in Oak Park Mall, Overland Park, KS, to return an unworn dress she bought online for a February 2026 event. The store manager, Christy (who initially refused to give her name and said “Manager” was her first name), immediately accused my daughter of wearing the dress and removing the tag. When my daughter explained that the cashier had checked the dress and the tag was intact, Christy claimed Windsor tags differently, implied my daughter had retagged it incorrectly, and even sniffed the dress without explaining why. Her condescending and hostile tone drew attention from other customers and made my daughter feel humiliated. Christy eventually accepted the return “this one time,” framing it as a personal favor. She also refused to provide corporate contact information and walked away while I attempted to document it. My husband, a retired police captain, noted that he has never treated anyone he arrested with such suspicion or disrespect. Friends have shared similar experiences with this manager. Because of this experience, our family will no longer shop at Windsor or order online. Other customers should be aware of the unprofessional behavior at this location.   Went in for a return and was asked for my email to look up the top and they scanned it and found it but was told even though they could see it on their end if I didn’t have my receipt they would not do my return. Had me look my receipt up through my email and I was never sent a receipt for that purchase so now i’m stuck with something I won’t use. Waste of $30, of my time, and of giving them my email. The lady “training” was horribly mannered and very hostile, completely cutting me off, and repeating "Let me say it again, you need your receipt to make a return or exchange" after telling her multiple times I was looking for it. I would’ve not left a review had they been a little kinder and respectful. Horrible service. Please hire employees with better customer service skills.

  Took my daughter shopping for homecoming today. One associate was very nice the other not so much. Store had only been open maybe 15 minutes and this girl Christina was running around talking to herself complaining about how she was so over working there. Snipping at customers in the dressing room about bringing there no’s out to be returned and keep it clean for other customers… Didn’t think much of it not my business. Anyway we come back to get a dress off hold and she’s ignoring us then walking off. Okay cool I grabbed the dress so my daughter could retry it on to make her final decision. We finally go to check out and she asks for our email. I say no thanks I don’t want to give mine and she snaps at me well then all sales are final. I said okay… she rings the dress in but missed the jewelry my daughter gives it to her and she’s huffing and puffing taking security tags off. So I grab the bag and as I’m walking away she’s like did she really need to snatch it from me… Didnt nobody snatch anything from her. Store has some cute clothes, at affordable prices, some staff need to work on customer service or a change in job. I had read the reviews prior to coming there so I was already prepared for not the best customer service. But to see the same girl mentioned in reviews from months ago is sad. People have bad days all the time but repeat reviews on the same employee means someone needs to make changes. I won’t be returning.

  If I could give zero stars I would. This store had gone downhill. They have a new staff often but it doesn’t matter because they are all so rude. I’ve been in there many times and it doesn’t matter what time of day they always have the impression that they don’t want you there. I came in once last minute because they were closing early and I thought they closed later. I checked the mall hours and they did not post any holiday hours. I came in to look for a dress and never again will I spend money here. I was made to feel awful the whole time. This is a constant issue. The majority of the time they are rude and unwelcoming.
