    Tried getting a hold of this department, (not during lunch time), on hold for about a half hour with no luck. Poor customer service. Edit: I showed up to this sunglass Hut in person and though the customer service was good in person, the selection was lackluster and they didn't have close to what I was looking for. Definitely could use a refresh.

    I arrived at macys at 8:15 specifically to buy some raybans at sunglasses hut for a gift. I was then informed that the attendant had left early. Please change your hours if you can't abide by them.
