  Visited on December 1st around 1:48 PM, while it was snowing outside. I went into this store with my son, and I was very disappointed by the lack of customer service we received. As soon as we walked in, the employee looked directly at us, yet he didn’t smile, didn’t greet us, and didn’t offer any assistance. We walked around for quite a while, but he never approached us or asked if we needed help. For a retail store, especially a brand like Sunglass Hut, this was very surprising. My son tried to ask him a couple of simple questions: • “Do you have any specials today?” His response was extremely unhelpful and vague: “All here.” • A few minutes later, my son asked if they had anything priced under $50. The employee ignored the question completely and didn’t bother replying. Both he and the girl wearing a hat in the store looked uninterested in customers, as if they did not want to work there. The attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This kind of service is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on this location. Management should seriously reconsider the training or replacement of staff if they want customers to return. I will not be coming back to this store again.

I came into the store with my mother to look for sunglasses, and the experience was extremely disappointing due to the attitude and lack of professionalism from the staff. When we walked in, the male employee clearly saw both of us, yet he didn’t greet us, didn’t ask if we needed help, and made no effort to assist. As a sales associate, that should be the most basic part of his job. We were in the store for quite a while, and he still did not say a single word to us. There was also a girl with a hat inside, and both of them seemed completely uninterested in helping any customers. I even asked him two simple questions: 1. “Do you have any specials today?” → He replied with only two words: “All here.” 2. “Do you have anything under $50?” → He completely ignored the question. No response at all. This behavior made me wonder whether he even wants to work there, or if he simply doesn’t care about customers at all. For a well-known brand like Sunglass Hut, this level of customer service is unacceptable. If this is the standard of service customers receive, the store should seriously consider retraining or replacing staff to avoid losing more customers. I will not be returning to this location.
